Ariel F. Hubbard, Chancellor/Founder of CAHA, H.H.P., Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, B.A.:

Ariel Hubbard has been an intuitive since early childhood and has been studying the spiritual aspects of life since that time.  She also received the benefits of an empirical education at Phillips Academy Andover and Vassar College, and earned her B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico in 1991. She invented the Energywork modality HighSelf Resonance Therapy in 1992.   Ariel has been an instructor in Reiki, Yoga, and T'ai Chi and HighSelf Resonance Therapy since 1995 and has taught in the corporate and private sectors. Ariel is the founder and Chancellor of the California Academy for the Healing Arts and has had an active massage and energywork practice since 1995. Her research and experience have taught her that humanity can be collectively transformed through the healing of the individual and has dedicated herself to teaching others to positively influence the world through the application of the holistic healing arts.

Karen St. Jean, R.N., B.S.N., Certified HRT Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher/Usui Shamballa Reiki, DNA/Theta Healer, Touch for Health Practitioner. 

Karen St. Jean has been a licensed registered nurse since 1976, with a B.S.N. degree from Mercy College of Detroit, Michigan. She has had a well-diversified nursing career holding a number of administrative, teaching, and management positions. Karen has been a strong advocate for patients' rights and quality nursing care. Her own healing journey, spiritual growth and personal development have shifted her focus to the support of the healing of the whole person, and have given her the perspective necessary to guide her students toward success. Karen employs a variety of energy healing modalities in her work.  She has been practicing CAM modalities since 1996 and has trained for 10 years to become an HRT Instructor.  She also has several years of volunteer experience successfully administering HRT to AIDS patients, who have gotten excellent results.

Misty Marler, H.H.P., HRT Practitioner, Reiki 2 Practitioner.  Misty has been an instructor in massage since 1999 and a Massage Therapist since 1997.  Instructor: Shiatsu and Deep Tissue at CAHA.  Misty brings a sense of focus, experience and precision in her teaching, yet also makes the learning experience a joyful one.

Faun Parliman, Reiki Master Teacher, Herbalist, Aromatherapist and Practitioner in Flower Essence Healing.  Instructor: Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Healing with Herbs, Spiritual Healing. Faun has 25 years of experience teaching in the holistic healing arts with a local massage school and in the private sector.  She has taught her courses nationwide to thousands of students.

Tina Wheat, Certified HSRT 1 Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and a 20+ year veteran in the allopathic health care industry and is currently the Administrator of a Cardiology office.  Instructor:  Reiki.  Tina has been practicing HSRT and Reiki since 2002.  Tina brings her benefit of experience with both allopathic and holistic medicine while combining it with a strong teaching presence.

Norris Carr, Traditional Board-Certified Naturopath., Massage Therapist: Nutrition and Cleansing, Sports Massage.  Dr. Carr has many years of experience teaching and practicing the holistic healing arts as a Naturopathic Doctor trained in Iridology, Nutrition, Cleansing, Massage, Reflexology, and other holistic modalities.  He has trained thousands of people to alter their lifestyle to eliminate disease and has had many successful recoveries from serious health issues. 

Lynn Nelson, creator of the Egyptian Method™ of Reflexology, Licensed Manicurist, founder of Digits International Reflexology Institute:  Reflexology.  Lynn has been practicing Reflexology since 1984 and has written The Encyclopedia of Reflexology, The Introduction to Reflexology, Opening a Salon.  The Egyptian Method™ of Reflexology is a gentle form of Reflexology.  Lynn is also a speaker and lecturer, with engagements on television, radio and at trade shows.

Ariel Fernandez: Registered Aromatologist: Aromatherapy, Healing with Sound.  Ariel has been studying the benefits of Sound & Aromatherapy for over 10 years.  She has been blessed with the opportunity to learn from many sound healing masters including Jonathan Goldman, Sarah Benson, Jim Albani, Lama Tashi, & others.  Ariel & her husband Frederick are the caretakers of a set of Peruvian Whistling Vessels.  Ariel is a Registered Aromatherapist and teaches at the Golden Door, the Fallbrook Holistic Center, and is a wellness speaker for events around the United States.  Her focus is on creating sound & aromatherapy blends for optimal health and well being.

Christo Pellani: Christo is a master drummer/percussionist, teacher, and healer, he facilitates human potential by creating experiences that blend principles of rhythm and sound awareness for personal expression and wellness. He has authored Living Adventures Through Sound and Vibration, an interactive vibratory therapy curriculum. Christo is a trained facilitator for REMO “Health Rhythms” therapeutic drum circles. He is a certified practitioner of Tama-Do tm Academy of sound, color and movement therapies, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing tm Energy Therapy. He holds a B.S. Therapeutic Recreation/ Penn State University.

Krista Kirkwood:  Instructor: Healing with Sound.  Krista is an accomplished author, healer and instructor in the Sound Healing and Metaphysics fields, having taught numerous classes and facilitated healing classes since 1997.  She is a published author of books and articles.

Wendy Burton, M.T., Reiki Practitioner:  Instructor, Anatomy and Physiology, Circulatory Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage.  Wendy has been a professional rock climbing instructor for 11 years and translates her teaching experience into the classroom.

Marianna Skinner, M.T., Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Reflexology Practitioner:  Instructor, Reflexology, Circulatory Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage.  Marianna brings her experience with massage, Reiki and Reflexology, having been trained in Los Angeles and also by Ariel Hubbard and the founder of the Egyptian Method ^TM, Lynn Nelson.

Tamora Toscano, M.T., Certified Yoga Instuctor: Instructor, Mind/Body/Spirit, Circulatory Massage, Yoga Workshop, Deep Tissue Massage. Tamora has been teaching Yoga since 1996 and has been practicing Massage since 2001.  Tamora trained at the Kripalu institute and offers a thorough, profound and heart-centered teaching style in her yoga classes.  As a Massage Therapy instructor, she brings clarity, experience and wisdom in to class.
